LIGHTshow provides a purchasing service to Owners and contractors for light fixture and related material. 

This process allows the Owner to obtain competitive prices for lighting material. We provide unit prices so the Owner can make an informed decision about the lighting budget.  The Owner needs to know the real cost. The only way an Owner can control the cost of light fixtures is to purchase and furnish this material to the project.

To maximise savings PROCUREMENT of light fixtures must be specified as 'Owner Supplied' in the Construction Documents. 

Excluding fixture acquisition from the contractor's work alwayresults in a substantial cost savings.

Service: Fixtures are sold at cost plus sales tax and shipping. A non-taxable fee is added for this service.  There is no sales tax applied to the fee.

Terms:  50% of the order and the LIGHTshow fee is paid at the time the material is ordered. The balance for materials and the LIGHTshow fee is due at the time of delivery.

Price:  We negotiate the best available price with our suppliers. We provide unit pricing.

Delivery: We receive the material, verify the shipments, deal with damaged material, and assist in moving the material to secure storage at the job site.  At this point ownership of the material is transferred to the project. It is the responsibility of the owner or contractor to provide onsite storage and security.

Warranties:  Warranty Issues are handled as required during the manufacturer's warranty period or specific limitations established in the contract. LIGHTshow does not provide any warranties for any product provided under this service.  Manufacturer's warranties are the only warranty on the material supplied.
